I know I am late to the party on talking about this fashion trend but I'm sure like most people, it was a pretty intimidated idea to commit to purchasing some high waisted jeans. I was curious how they would look on my short frame, how I would wear them, and if this trend was going to be something I could fit into my style. Luckily I gave in and bought a pair a while ago, and they sat around in my closet for a very long time until recently when I finally decided to test them out. I was pleasantly surprised when I started testing them out with different pieces and finding looks that worked well and still fit into my style.
I have put together three looks that all work around the high waisted jeans, one casual look, one wear to work look, and one night out look. These are my jean I got them from Aritzia and they are the brand Cheap Monday. However you can find similar styles at Karmaloop.
