My New Hair

Ta Da! I have been thinking on changing my hair for a while now but I had been so reluctant because I was scared to loose my long hair in case I would miss it and have to wait years for it to grow back. But recently I have been style stalking Lily Collins and noticed that her hair was in this cute short cut that I absolutely fell in love with and because if that I finally did it!

It looks shorter in the picture because of the curls but I think I like the curls and will probably do more of a wavy look with my 3 barrel curling iron for now. As for the color, its difficult to tell in the picture but it has a very red base to it and in the light it's a violet reddish color but in the shade or in darker light it looks brown. I also got this inspiration from The Mortal Instruments City of Bones, again where Lily Collins had red hair. I didn't want to go that intense red so I opted for this instead and I absolutely LOVE it.

Inspiration

 I loved the look of this shoulder length curled hair so this one was of the pictures I used to show my hair dresser what I wanted done.

This was the color that inspired me to go reddish brown. I really like how it's not too bright but it isn't just a plain brown color; it's different and the perfect color for fall.
