October Favorites

Is the end of another month and therefore it's time for my monthly favourites! As usual, there are quite a few things that I still like that I have mentioned in previous posts so I won't mention them again, just what's new that I like.

Makeup/Beauty

NYC eyeshadow pencil - Rust

These have been one of a favourite eyeshadow pencils for a while but I just recently started wearing this red rust color on the bottom water line and it gives your eye an intense almost vampire look which I really thought was suitable for October given that its Halloween month. 

AG insulate hair protector spray

I have very fussy hair and lost nothing ever stays put in my hair when I decide to put the time in to get creative. However I started using this pray to protect my hair and I found that when I combine this with my hair spray, curls and waves actual,y last significantly longer in my hair than they usually would. 

L'Oreal Studio Secret Green Primer

I am the first one to admit that I do not have even skin tone but this primer came as a combo with another product I bought a while back and I never used it! I decided to give it a try and I was pleasantly surprised at the finished look when I used this as a primer. 

Impress Halloween Edition Nails 

I have talked about these nails before because. Absolutely love them! When I saw that they had the Halloween edition nails, I had to get them and I was just as pleased with them as I was the first time I used them. They last on your nails for so long and your can actually function without worrying they will fall off at any moment. 

Clothing

Booties

My all time favourite shoe for the fall time. I pair these with just about anything and everything. They are cute but at the same time they are wearable and not to hard to do your everyday stuff in. I think they add the perfect amount of trendiness into an outfit and they come in all colours and styles. 

Knee high socks

Just recent,y I started trying to wear knee high socks, I'm. Of sure why I never used to wear them before but I became obsessed with them. When the weather is sunny but cold, they are a perfect alternative to tights so that you are not always wearing the same combination but mix it up a bit by showing some leg with knee high socks and either a dress or skirt. It's really cute and something everyone should try out for the fall. 

Books/Movies

Private London - James Patterson 

I'm a fan of suspense page turner thrillers and this was a very good quick read for someone in the mood to be kept on their toes.

Food

Hi-Chew

What can I say, they are addictingly good! My f orbits flavours are peach and mango. But a,most all the flavours are great.

Music 

The Paper Kites 

This band has a very soft and relaxing sound that I think is the perfect fall music, if you want something to just sit Round and listen to then this is the music for you. 

Extras  

It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown App

I am a huge Charlie Brown fan so when I saw this app I had to have it. It's a cute storybook app where you can also design yourself as a character and other cute mini activities. If you are a peanuts fan like myself you should definitely get this app!
